This request, along with the customer's description, is promptly dispatched to all professionals within the selected industry. Within minutes, customers are connected with professionals for live video calls, enabling them to present their specific situations and engage in direct dialogue. Once all questions are addressed by the professional, customers are equipped with all the necessary information, ranging from task completion guidance, expert opinions, answers to queries, or problem solutions. The process is straightforward, swift, and efficient.
Call charges are assessed based on 15-minute intervals and vary according to the industry. For instance, speaking with a plumber might entail a rate of $20 per 15 minutes. Hence, a 15-minute call amounts to $20 and a 30-minute session to $40. The 15-minute rate is clearly displayed during industry selection and request submission. These rates aim to help customers cut costs by obviating the need for physical visits from professionals while saving time otherwise spent scouring the internet for partial solutions.
Professionals can view The GUIDED App as a convenient and valuable income source. By toggling their status to "online," they can receive video call requests at their convenience. Conversely, changing their status to "offline" signals unavailability for new requests. This system offers an effortless, convenient, and empowering work dynamic.
